Meet the Owner

Briana Fleming-Wright,
BSN, RNC-MNN

Briana’s career as a Registered Nurse has been deeply rooted in caring for mothers, newborns, and families during some of life’s most meaningful transitions. As a Maternal-Newborn Certified (RNC-MNN) nurse, she has provided hands-on care in postpartum and newborn settings, supporting families through recovery, infant care, and early bonding. Her experience spans hospital-based maternal-newborn units, pediatric home health, and travel nursing across multiple healthcare systems from Beverly Hills, CA to New York City, NY—allowing her to care for diverse families with compassion and adaptability.

Throughout her career, Briana has been passionate about not only caring for patients, but also educating and empowering parents. From assisting with feeding support to guiding families through the emotional and physical aspects of postpartum recovery, she understands how important it is to feel supported, confident, and at ease during those early days at home.

Inspired by her clinical experience and her vision for more personalized, in-home support, Briana founded Luna Haven—an RN-led overnight newborn care service designed to bring calm, rest, and reassurance to families.

She is currently furthering her expertise as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner student, continuing her commitment to advancing maternal care.

Briana personally selects each nurse on her team, ensuring they are not only highly qualified, but also warm, trustworthy, and aligned with Luna Haven’s philosophy of gentle, respectful care. She chooses nurses she would trust with her own family—those who honor each family’s unique preferences and parenting style.

She understands that the postpartum period can be both beautiful and overwhelming. Through Luna Haven, Briana’s goal is to provide a sense of peace, support, and rest—helping families feel cared for, confident, and never alone during this special time.
